Confucius

Confucius was born in 551bc and died in 479bc. He was known as a teacher, politician and philosopher. He was born in 551bc in Zou. At the age of three his father (who was a military official) died in battle. At the age of nineteen he married Qui Guan who was only TWELVE at the time. When he was twenty three his mother died. It is said that he was in mourning for THREE years. After this period of time became a politician and philosopher. Confucius then died 479bc. I would compare Confucius to Mohatama Ghandi. Both were preachers and were oppressed. They were also leaders at some stage during their lives and they lived lives a of preaching and love.
